Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems design
• Experience as Applications Development Manager or senior level in Applications Development
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Budget management and resource allocation experience
• Experience with Java/Spring stack and Oracle PL/SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Agile management using JIRA

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams and conduct personnel duties
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions
• Contribute to strategies for applications development
• Develop knowledge of how business areas integrate to achieve goals
• Monitor delivery, participate in budget management, and allocate resources
