Job summary

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to drive Process Intelligence data and AI platform advancement and enterprise automation modernization. You will lead governance, metadata, data lineage, observability, and platform KPIs while partnering with Product, Technology, AI, Cloud, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires senior leadership engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

7+ years in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning.
7+ years in product, data, platform, technology strategy, analytics, or related discipline.
7+ years leading enterprise transformation and delivering data, analytics, AI, cloud, or platform modernization initiatives.
Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, and cloud data ecosystems.
Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and enterprise automation.

Responsibilities

Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives.
Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges related to Business Execution.
Provide vision and direction for implementing large-scale, cross-organizational solutions.
Lead steering committee discussions and facilitate decision making.
Develop and implement information delivery to senior management and executives.
Define KPIs, scorecards, adoption measures, and value reporting for leaders.
Modernize automation portfolios from UI-based to API-driven approaches.
