Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Sr Lead Infrastructure Engineer in Plano, TX, to lead ECIS - Egress proxy and security initiatives. You will design and deploy scalable solutions, mentor teammates, and work across IT and business teams to meet demanding security needs.

Responsibilities include advanced proxy troubleshooting, documentation, and guiding changes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals in a 24x7 on-call environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Broadcom (Bluecoat) proxy devices and related security products.
• Experience with SaaS Secure Gateway vendors such as Zscaler or Netskope.
• Ability to design, test and deploy proxy-based security solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts and protocols.
• Experience with REST APIs and container-based deployments.

Responsibilities

• Client and stakeholder management including consultations and expectation management.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain runbooks/documentation to engineering standards.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for proxy issues.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align proxy solutions with goals.
• Contribute to change management with standardized templates; mentor team members.
