Formación

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Demonstrated experience leading the effective use of AI-assisted software development tools with validation for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, data sensitivity, and resiliency expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and debugging of problems.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code; reviews and debugs code.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, speed, and reliability.
• Applies SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to improve automation value.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation to improve stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture designs.
