Incedo Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Developer with hands-on Master Data Management (MDM) and IBM InfoSphere MDM expertise to lead enterprise application development.

Based in or willing to work from Cleveland, OH, you will collaborate with architecture, data and engineering teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions. The role emphasizes technical leadership, design reviews, and mentoring while guiding delivery across the full SDLC in an onsite/hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on MDM expertise with IBM InfoSphere MDM.
• Proven senior/lead developer for large-scale enterprise apps.
• Java/J2EE and enterprise app development.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and integrations.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Mentoring and code/design review experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of MDM using IBM InfoSphere MDM.
• Develop and enhance MDM applications per requirements.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the dev lifecycle.
• Design MDM data models, rules, hierarchies and workflows.
• Build integrations between InfoSphere MDM and other apps.
• Develop APIs, web services and interfaces for MDM.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in deployment, testing, and release activities.
• Contribute to documentation and best practices.
