Job summary

HireOn Tech is seeking an experienced IBM MDM specialist to design, customize, and optimize master data management solutions. You will work with MDM Workbench, extend configurations, and ensure data integrity across Oracle databases.

The role requires collaboration with data architects and analysts, troubleshooting data integration issues, and communicating complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in IBM MDM versions (e.g., v11/v12) and Java development.
• Experience with Oracle SQL (DDL, DML) and relational databases.
• Ability to configure and tune the Probabilistic Matching Engine (PME).
• Strong collaboration with data architects, analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize IBM MDM solutions using tools like the MDM Workbench.
• Work closely with data architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to align MDM with business needs.
• Troubleshoot technical incidents and data integration issues within the MDM environment.
• Communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams and work independently when needed.
