Job summary

Incedo Inc. is seeking a Senior IBM InfoSphere MDM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The role emphasizes IBM InfoSphere MDM, Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, data integration, and governance in a large-scale financial services setting.

The candidate will own end-to-end MDM development, customization, integration, production support, and performance optimization, collaborating across business analysts, architects, and data stewards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience in enterprise applications.
• 5+ years with IBM InfoSphere MDM (Standard or Advanced).
• Experience with IBM Stewardship Center, Match & Merge, SDP, proxies and extension framework.
• Experience building REST/SOAP services, Java/J2EE components, batch jobs.
• Strong SQL experience with Oracle / DB2 / SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain IBM InfoSphere MDM solutions for enterprise domains (Customer, Account, Product, Party).
• Configure MDM entities, relationships, and transaction processing.
• Develop and refine Match & Merge, SDP, survivorship rules, identity resolution workflows.
• Build REST/SOAP web services for MDM integration with upstream/downstream apps.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, data stewards, and integration teams to implement MDM requirements.
