Nationwide IT Services seeks a Senior Lead Developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on software engineering for a Federal ADSS program. You will guide multiple enterprise applications, mentor teams, set engineering standards, and deliver secure, scalable solutions supporting mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• 5+ years supporting Federal Government IT systems.
• 3+ years in Lead Developer or Technical Lead roles.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies for enterprise apps.
• Strong Agile knowledge and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Certifications in Azure/DevOps or Scrum are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for development and system enhancement.
• Lead Agile teams through SDLC and ensure quality.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise apps.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Lead code reviews and set coding standards.
• Mentor developers and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Build Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure, and .NET solutions.
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate on CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Document software designs and run books; support ATO and security needs.
