This individual will lead software development activities across multiple enterprise applications, mentor development teams, establish engineering best practices, and deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions supporting mission‑critical business systems.
The Senior Lead Developer will collaborate closely with the Program Manager, Technical Lead / Solution Architect, Government stakeholders, cybersecurity personnel, business analysts, and DevSecOps engineers to support application modernization, cloud migration, operations and maintenance, and the development of new enterprise capabilities.

Salary range $130,000 to $240,000 annually. The salary range is a general guideline. We consider several factors when determining base salary offers, including the position's scope and responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, and current market conditions.
