Job summary

E-Logic Inc is seeking a Senior Lead Developer to spearhead development and coding efforts for enhancements, bug fixes, and system changes in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes adherence to software development standards, version control, code reviews, automated testing, and robust CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor junior developers, ensure code quality, and collaborate on security-focused initiatives such as SAST/DAST and SBOM generation, while aligning with cybersecurity compliance

Qualifications

• Experience leading development teams and delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (FISMA, NIST SP 800-53) and accessibility compliance (Section 508, WCAG 2.0 AA).

E-Logic Inc is looking to hire a Senior Lead Developer to Lead all development and coding efforts for enhancements, bug fixes, and system changes. Ensure adherence to software development standards (version control, code review, automated testing, CI/CD). Support the implementation of SAST/DAST and SBOM generation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and modern front-end technologies (React, Angular)
• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps practices
• Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance (FISMA, NIST SP 800-53)
• Experience with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA compliance

Candidate must hold or be eligible to obtain a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) background investigation.
