Job summary

E-Logic Inc. is hiring a Senior Lead Developer to drive all development and coding efforts for enhancements, bug fixes, and system changes at our Washington, DC site.

You will ensure adherence to software development standards, oversee version control, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines while mentoring junior developers and guiding best practices for code quality and security. Strong collaboration with security and compliance teams and hands-on involvement in SAST/DAST and SBOM

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and modern front-end technologies (React, Angular).
• Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance (FISMA, NIST SP 800-53).
• Experience with Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA compliance.
• Candidate must hold or be eligible to obtain a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) background investigation.
