Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in design, integration, and certification in aerospace or related industries.
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering direction and technical strategy for Payloads team across development, certification, production, and post-production phases.
• Provide technical leadership and be the primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage engineering work statement and execution with emphasis on first-pass quality.
• Ensure design compliance with FAA/EASA and Boeing/customer requirements.
• Drive technical design reviews and coordinate change control and release processes.
• Foster continuous improvement and lessons-learned within the team.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet customer needs and validate requirements.
