Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst in Corporate Finance to support regulatory finance, rate case activities, and strategic financing initiatives. You will develop financial analyses, build models, and coordinate cross-functional responses across Treasury, Regulatory, and Accounting teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in corporate finance and capital markets, and the ability to lead complex workstreams in a hybrid work environment in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of related experience for Senior Analyst level, or five years for Lead Analyst level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Finance and Rate Case Support: develop schedules, responses, treasury deliverables.
• Strategic Financing and Special Projects: analyze securitizations, tax-exempt financings, and other structures.
• Securitization Financing: support storm recovery and securitization transactions, develop models.
• Leadership and Project Management: coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Treasury and Finance.
