Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• At least two (2) years of related experience beyond degree.
• Understands fundamental accounting and finance concepts.
• Experience with financial applications (PeopleSoft, HFM, PowerPlan) and query tools (WebI).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and analysis for assigned areas.
• Analyze variances and report to management.
• Support month-end close and ROCR/P&L reporting processes.
• Collaborate with VP-level partners to resolve issues and provide guidance.
• Identify cost improvements and process optimization opportunities.
