Qualifications
- 5+ years in automation, controls, or electrical engineering.
- Experience leading automation projects and engineering teams.
- Strong PLC/HMI design and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and P&IDs.
- Strong communication and customer-facing abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems.
- Provide technical direction for automation projects and engineering standards.
- Lead electrical control panel design and motion control applications.
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
