Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Electrical Controls Engineer to provide technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems for industrial automation equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
3+ years of experience in electrical controls, industrial automation, or controls engineering with leadership capabilities.
Strong experience developing and troubleshooting PLC, HMI, and CNC control systems.
Familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Fanuc or comparable platforms.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks Electrical.
Working knowledge of motion control systems and industrial networks.
Understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of electrical control systems for new equipment and modifications to existing machinery.
Oversee PLC, HMI, and CNC programming using Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Fanuc platforms.
Review and develop electrical schematics, control panel designs, and docs with AutoCAD/SolidWorks Electrical.
Provide direction on motion control, industrial networking, and system integration.
Ensure designs meet safety standards such as UL and CE.
