Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on structural engineering.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish, on time and within budget.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing all stages of the construction process from design to completion.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and professionals to deliver on time and within budget.
• Developing detailed project plans including resources, timeline, budget, and risk management.
• Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with designs and safety standards.
• Implementing advanced structural engineering techniques to solve complex challenges.
• Preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders.
• Resolving issues during construction, including technical problems or disputes with suppliers or subcontractors.
• Continuously improving construction processes to increase efficiency and quality.
