Job summary

CVAUSA, a rapidly growing cardiovascular research organization, is hiring a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator for the South Miami area. The role leads the growth and development of the research program while collaborating with clinic staff and nationwide teams.

You will manage clinical trials, oversee site operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive data integrity in a fast-paced, independent environment.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine in any licensed role (e.g., RN, technologist, medical assistant).
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research.
• Experience managing clinical trials and leading enrollment for multiple studies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clinical research certification (e.g., CCRP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Trial Management: Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
• Site Operations: Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Data Management: Collect, verify, and manage trial data accurately.
• Communication & Reporting: Serve as primary contact for sponsors, participants, and stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Keep documentation and patient records up-to-date with ethical and legal standards.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify process improvements to drive efficiency.
