Job summary

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator to lead the growth and development of the cardiovascular research program at the South Miami location. You will oversee clinical trials, site operations, and data integrity while collaborating with a national network of teams.

The role requires cardiovascular clinical experience, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine in any licensed role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research).
• Experience managing clinical trials and leading enrollment for multiple trials.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clinical research certification (e.g., CCRP) is a plus; knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
• Handle day-to-day site management ensuring regulatory compliance and study protocols.
• Collect, verify, and manage clinical trial data with accuracy.
• Act as primary contact for sponsors, participants, and stakeholders; provide updates.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory submissions are up-to-date and compliant.
