Job summary

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the growth of our cardiovascular research program in Miami. You will coordinate trials, manage site operations, and ensure regulatory compliance within a fast-paced team.

You will collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and staff to enroll patients, collect data, and report progress. A strong epidemiology mindset and comfort with CCRP concepts are valued.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine in a licensed role.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical research experience, including patient enrollment and study coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clinical research certification (CCRP) preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up visits.
• Support day-to-day research site operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and study protocols.
• Collect, verify, and maintain clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for study sponsors, participants, and stakeholders with regular updates.
• Maintain up-to-date study documentation and regulatory binders in compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve research workflows and study performance.
