Job summary

Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support cardiovascular trial operations in Miami, FL. This on-site role collaborates with investigators, sponsors, and clinic staff to manage patient enrollment, data collection, and study documentation.

You'll ensure adherence to GCP/ICH guidelines, maintain regulatory binders, and seek process improvements to optimize study performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine in a licensed role (RN, technologist, medical assistant, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (life sciences, healthcare, or clinical research) preferred
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical research experience, including patient enrollment and study coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements; CCRP preferred
• Experience with electronic data capture systems and regulatory documentation preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trials including patient recruitment, screening, enrollment and follow-up visits
• Support day-to-day site operations ensuring regulatory compliance and study protocols
• Collect, verify and maintain clinical trial data with accuracy and timeliness
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, participants and stakeholders with regular study updates
• Maintain up-to-date study documentation and regulatory binders in line with GCP/ICH guidelines
• Identify opportunities to improve research workflows and study performance
