Job summary

CRB is seeking an Automation Engineer V – Senior Lead to oversee the discipline on projects from design through construction, coordinating a multi-discipline team and managing budgets. This role requires directing workflows and mentoring staff to meet client goals.

Location options include Omaha, Kansas City, St. Louis, Dallas or Houston, with on-site responsibilities in complex pharma, biotech, and consumer products environments.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in ChemE, ME or EE.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably in a design firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead project discipline budget on simple to complex projects.
• Develop construction drawings and write specifications for advanced projects.
• Provide mentorship to Discipline Engineer I, II, III and IV and Designers.
• Lead advanced project system design and master planning with support from Senior Engineer.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on proposal development and scheduling.
• Ensure quality through technical verification of design calculations and documentation.
