Job summary

CRB is seeking an Automation Engineer V – Senior Lead to oversee the Automation, Instrumentation and Controls discipline on large, complex projects. You will manage budgets, guide design teams from entry to senior levels, and deliver high‑quality control system solutions that meet client goals.

Based in Dallas or any CRB location, you will coordinate with Project Managers, develop P&IDs and wiring diagrams, mentor staff, and drive project quality through technical reviews and disciplined

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in discipline-specific field of study (ChemE, ME or EE).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably in a design firm setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and project scheduling for the discipline scope on large, complex projects.
• Develop construction drawings and write specifications for advanced projects.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure project quality through technical verification.
• Coordinate with construction teams and vendors during execution.
