Citi in Tampa seeks an Applications Development Technology Senior Lead Analyst to architect and deliver high‑performance, enterprise‑scale regulatory data pipelines using Java, Spark, and Oracle Database.

You will lead end‑to‑end delivery, establish design patterns, mentor engineers, and coordinate with Finance, Risk and Compliance to meet tight regulatory deadlines and demanding performance SLAs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise Java development and Spark-based data processing.
• Strong Oracle DB design, PL/SQL, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with regulatory reporting frameworks and audit readiness.

Responsabilités

• Architect, design, and deliver distributed data processing apps using Java, Spark, and Oracle.
• Lead end-to-end regulatory reporting pipelines handling multi-terabyte data with low latency.
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD practices, testing, and deployment processes.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with global teams across hubs.
