Job summary

CVG Airport Authority seeks a lead Airfield Maintenance professional to supervise multiple disciplines across airfield and landside operations. The role includes training program development, NOTAM coordination, and safety compliance. Candidates should have CDL and SIDA credentials, plus strong supervisory abilities and FAA/OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7 years of direct maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience developing training and evaluating staff.
• Knowledge of OSHA and FAA regulations.
• Ability to coordinate parts, equipment, and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise airfield maintenance duties across disciplines.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain department training programs.
• Schedule and assign work orders; review documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with leadership to obtain parts and services needed.
• Ensure proper safety equipment use and training delivery.
• Issue NOTAMS and notifications to tenants for ongoing work.
• Oversee subordinates and evaluate performance.
