Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Lead for User Research Operations to shape strategy, governance, and transformation across the organization. You will lead enterprise-scale initiatives, set standards for repositories and data governance, and partner with C-suite to maximize research impact.

You will oversee AI-enabled workflows, mentor researchers, and align Research Ops investments with measurable business outcomes, driving continued maturity and culture within Cox Automotive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive experience in research operations or related leadership roles.
• 10+ years in research operations or UX/product design environments.
• Executive-level communication with senior/C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term Research Ops strategy and capability roadmap.
• Serve as internal thought leader on Research Ops standards and tools.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including AI-enabled workflows.
• Establish and govern enterprise standards for repositories, data governance, and quality.
• Drive alignment to business outcomes and communicate strategic value to executives.
• Represent Cox Automotive Research Ops externally through speaking and publications.
• Mentor and sponsor Research Ops professionals across levels.
