Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Lead, User Research Operations to drive the future state of Research Ops across the organization. You will shape strategy, governance, tooling, and metrics, partnering with C-suite to ensure value delivery. The role requires navigating ambiguity and leading large-scale programs.

You will establish standards, manage vendor relations, and scale AI-enabled research systems while mentoring the Research Ops community and professionals across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in research operations, program leadership, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and executive-facing initiatives.
• Expertise in UX/product research environments and analytics.
• Strong communication with senior/C-suite partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term Research Ops strategy, operating model, and capability roadmap.
• Serve as principal authority on Research Ops standards, tooling, and emerging practices.
• Lead enterprise-wide Research Ops transformation initiatives across portfolios and units.
• Establish and govern enterprise standards for repositories, governance, and data handling.
• Drive alignment between research, design, product, and business leadership to connect to business outcomes.
