Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking an experienced LDAR Project Supervisor in the Houston, TX area to oversee LDAR services and supervise a team of multiple technicians. The role requires ensuring compliance with Method 21, safety standards, and client requirements while coordinating schedules and training staff.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of LDAR supervision experience, strong leadership, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of LDAR supervision experience.
• Deep understanding of Method 21 monitoring and LDAR auditing.
• Ability to train employees on LDAR processes.
• Strong time management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Regional Operations Manager.
• Supervise all LDAR operations.
• Complete tasks per environmentally regulated requirements and client requests.
• Schedule tasks efficiently and ensure company standards are met.
• Conduct interviews and train new/replacement staff.
• Perform weekly QA audits and LDAR monitoring as required.
