Job summary

BrandSafway LDAR Project Supervisors are sought to oversee LDAR services in the Freeport, TX area. The Project Supervisor will report to the Regional Operations Manager and manage LDAR operations with a focus on safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance.

Starting pay is DOE with competitive benefits and a robust 401(k) plan. The role requires a minimum of two years of LDAR supervision experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Method 21 monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years LDAR supervision experience.
• Must understand Method 21 monitoring, tagging and documenting LDAR projects, auditing LDAR activities, managing technicians, and working with clients.
• Ability to train employees on listed items.
• Strong time management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass MVR, background and drug/alcohol tests.
• Experience with LDAR database Sky Bridge and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Regional Operations Manager.
• Supervise all LDAR operations.
• Complete assignments related to environmentally regulated requirements, client requests, and company direction.
• Schedule tasks to be completed efficiently.
• Ensure all company standards are met.
• Conduct interviews for new/replacement employees and train per company outline.
• Conduct weekly QA audits to ensure compliance.
• Complete LDAR Method-21 monitoring as required.

We are seeking experienced LDAR Project Supervisors in the Freeport, TX area.

The Project Supervisor will oversee LDAR Services.

Job Duties Include, but not limited to:

• Report directly to Regional Operations Manager
• Supervise all LDAR operations.
• Complete all assignments related to environmentally regulated requirements, client requests, and company direction.
• Schedule all tasks to be completed in an efficient time frame.
• Ensure all company standards are met.
• When needed, conduct interviews for new/replacement employees and train per company training outline.
• Conduct weekly QA audits to ensure compliance.
• Complete LDAR Method-21 monitoring as required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of LDAR supervision experience.
• Must have a complete understanding of Method 21 monitoring requirements, tagging and documenting LDAR projects, auditing LDAR activities, managing technicians, and working with clients.
• Must be able to train employees on all items listed above.
• Be able to effectively manage time/scheduling.
• Excellent organization and communication skills (written & verbal).
• Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass an MVR, background, and drug/alcohol test(s).
• Extensive knowledge of LDAR database (Sky Bridge).
• Strong leadership skills.
