Broward Children's Center is seeking a Clinical Services Supervisor to lead the Mental Health, Wellness and Social Services programs in our Pompano Beach area. You will oversee staff, coordinate contracts with funders, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering high-quality care to children and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience coordinating programs and supervising staff preferred.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish/Creole a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracts with program funders to ensure full utilization and timely reporting.
• Conduct hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions for staff.
• Supervise Mental Health and Wellness services and staff per fidelity model.
• Prepare reports and manage program budgets; track outcomes and audits.
• Engage with families, clients, and staff to ensure quality service delivery.
