Job summary

Family & Children's Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to partner with an inter-disciplinary team and ensure high standards of care. You will supervise clinical staff, monitor client welfare and outcomes, and promote professional development of supervisees.

You will oversee performance, collaborate with psychiatric and primary care teams, and lead efforts to apply evidence-based practices while maintaining ethical and therapeutic competence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or equivalent from an accredited school.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience as a licensed professional.
• Licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or other mental health professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, case consultation, and crisis intervention.
• Oversee clinical staff performance and multidisciplinary teamwork for fidelity to the CCBHC model.
• Lead staff meetings, assign work, and collaborate with related programs to support client needs.
• Monitor treatment progress, conduct utilization reviews, and implement quality improvements.
