Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services seeks an analytical chemist to support ADME/DMPK projects in a CRO/industry lab setting. The candidate will develop LC-MS methods, troubleshoot instruments, and ensure high-quality data for client studies.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to GMP/GxP standards, with options for leadership in R&D initiatives and cross-functional collaboration within a growing site in St. Charles, MO.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with LC-MS and/or LC-UV in a CRO or industry lab for ADME/DMPK applications.
• Experience with QA/QMS
• Mass spectrometry-based quantification knowledge in biological matrices
• Method development and optimization experience
• FDA/ICH guidance familiarization
• Automation and HTS experience
• Leadership of small teams and projects
• US work authorization without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory work meeting lab role requirements.
• Develop LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK projects.
• Troubleshoot and maintain MS and HPLC systems.
• Prepare and manage buffers, reagents, and samples.
• Ensure data quality and reproducibility across studies.
• Support validation and expansion of service lines.
• Communicate project updates to clients and teams.
• Train colleagues when required.
