Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services seeks a Scientist I – Analytical Chemist to support analytical chemistry methods in a CRO setting. The role emphasizes LC-MS method development for ADME/DMPK, data quality, and collaboration with internal and external project teams.

The candidate will contribute to method validation, training, and expansion of service lines while ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory guidelines at a US laboratory in Saint Charles, MO.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with LC-MS and/or LC-UV in CRO or industry lab.
• Experience working in a Quality Management System.
• Scientific expertise with mass spectrometry-based quantification in biological matrices.
• Experience with analytical method development and optimization.
• Familiarity with FDA/ICH method validation guidelines.
• Experience with liquid handling, automation, SPE, HTS and screening.
• Experience in leading small teams and project management.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on R&D programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK applications.
• Supports project teams with new assay development.
• Maintains QC of data and reports; supports study directors.
• Provides training to colleagues and end users as needed.
• Ensures work complies with GxP site requirements.
