Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant program experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with telecommunication and case management systems used by the agency.
• Must possess Class I Law Enforcement certification and at least five years of Class 1 LE experience.
• Ability to interpret and apply rules, and to prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and during states of emergencies as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior liaison between law enforcement operations, leadership, and IT resources to identify operational challenges and develop technology solutions.
• Supervise support personnel and manage performance of the technical support team.
• Conduct field visits to Troops, Regions, and other locations to gather firsthand information on technology needs and user experiences.
• Coordinate training materials, user guides, and skill-development programs for law enforcement technology across formats.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to agency leadership and maintain confidentiality where required.
