Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Roy, Utah seeks a Sr. Staff Systems Engineer (level 6) to support the Sentinel program, focusing on requirements, architecture, and interfaces.

You will develop systems architecture with Cameo, manage requirements and verification, and collaborate across technical teams and stakeholders. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a STEM degree with extensive experience, and strong leadership and modeling skills for large defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) with 14 years of experience; or Master's degree with 12 years of experience; or PhD with 9 years of experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances as needed.
• 5 years of experience with program execution, milestones, and cross-discipline collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop systems engineering artifacts.
• Develop and mature architecture content for large programs.
• Develop and incorporate system requirements and ensure proper representation in models.
• Model architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture and related tools.
• Document interfaces and requirements; manage traceability and verification.
