Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in supply chain, launch planning, or manufacturing in pharma/biotech.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional launch teams from preparation through hypercare and transition.
• Align launch plans with GFLS and Supply Chain Design requirements.
• Develop launch supply scenarios and present options to decisions makers.
• Identify risks and drive mitigations with governance escalation.
• Contribute to business continuity planning and event management for launches.
