Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in supply chain, launch planning, and/or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving ownership without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in uncertain environments.
• Continuous improvement mindset and risk-mitigation capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional launch teams for products from launch prep through hypercare.
• Align launch plans with GFLS and Supply Chain Design requirements.
• Develop launch supply scenarios and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify launch risks and drive mitigations through governance forums.
• Contribute to business continuity planning with multiple partners.
• Support Global Event Management for supply interruptions.
