Amazon.com Services LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead Prime Air site launches from pre-construction through operational readiness. You will own end-to-end launch plans, navigate risks, and drive improvements as Prime Air scales its autonomous delivery system.

The role requires 5+ years in program or project management, data-driven decision making, and proven ability to communicate results to senior leadership. Some travel to launch sites is expected.

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary launch manager for assigned Prime Air sites, owning end-to-end delivery from pre-construction through operational readiness.
• Manage program risk: identify, track, and drive mitigation of risks and blockers across construction, staffing, and readiness workstreams, maintaining an accurate launch forecast.
• Lead cross-functional business and operations teams, aligning timelines and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.
• Report program status, risk, and change control to leadership with clear, decision-ready communication.
• Support up to 50% travel to launch sites and internal meetings.
