Amazon's Prime Air division is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the operational lead for Regulatory and Rest of World. You will own the rhythm of business for a Director-level organization, drive cadence of business reviews, and ensure leadership has the right information to make decisions.

You will manage cross-functional schedules, track milestones, and build scalable processes for new geographies while partnering with regulatory teams to coordinate reporting and briefing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience owning and driving business review mechanisms and associated reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end business review cadence for the organization, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, ensuring all document inputs are accurate, timely, and high-quality
• Manage cross-functional schedules, milestones, and dependencies across regulatory and international workstreams, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution
• Coordinate and prepare leadership-level documents include narratives, status updates, planning inputs, and executive briefings
• Continuously evaluate existing operational mechanisms for effectiveness — streamline reporting, eliminate duplication, and raise the bar on operational rigor
• Support international expansion efforts by managing operational workstreams, tracking launch milestones, and building scalable processes for new geographies
• Partner with regulatory teams to coordinate milestone tracking, compliance reporting, and briefing preparation
• Build and maintain centralized knowledge repositories and reporting frameworks that scale with the organization

Amazon Prime Air is developing a drone delivery system designed to safely deliver packages to customers in under an hour. We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the operational lead supporting Prime Air's Regulatory and International organizations. In this role, you will own the rhythm of business for a Director-level organization driving the cadence of business reviews, managing cross-functional schedules, and ensuring leadership has the right information at the right time to make decisions. You will continuously inspect and improve the mechanisms that keep the business running as Prime Air scales globally.

A day in the life

Your day will be a blend of operational execution and strategic enablement. You might start by reviewing document inputs ahead of a leadership review, then shift to a schedule alignment session with cross-functional partners across regulatory and international teams. In the afternoon, you could be analyzing a mechanism for improvement opportunities or preparing a briefing for the Director. You will work across time zones and functions, serving as the connective tissue that keeps the organization running smoothly.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience owning and driving business review mechanisms and associated reporting
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
• Knowledge of general AI tools
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, regulatory affairs, or international expansion programs
• Strong written communication skills, including experience authoring executive-level documents and narratives
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments across multiple geographies
• Familiarity with aviation regulatory processes or international compliance frameworks

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
