Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP in Dallas seeks a Lateral Partner Senior Recruiting Manager to lead the recruitment of partner-level talent across Texas. The role partners with practice groups and office leadership to align hiring with firm strategy and brand, while developing strategies to attract, assess, and hire top lateral partners.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with external recruiters, oversee contracting, and guide candidates through the process, ensuring a superior candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Attorney Recruiting, including Partner Recruiting.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to understand lateral partner hiring priorities in the relevant markets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner recruiting strategy for assigned offices that aligns with the firm’s recruiting and business objectives.
• Establish and manage relationships with external recruiters to develop recruiting opportunities; leverage professional relationships within the legal recruiting industry.
• Manage contracting with external recruiters ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives.
• Guide partner candidates and firm leaders through the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Plan interviews, conduct due diligence, draft employment agreements, and compile information for leadership to assess opportunities.
• Maintain recruiting documentation and records.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
