Job summary

Mintz seeks a Senior Manager of Lateral Partner Integration to lead onboarding and ongoing integration of lateral partners. You will collaborate with Practice Leadership, office managing members, sponsors, BD, PM, and other departments to align priorities, metrics, and engagement across the first two years.

This role blends hands-on guidance with strategic oversight. The position resides in the Legal Recruiting Department and entails firm-wide recruiting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or MBA degree will be considered favorably.
• Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the integration of lateral partners over the first two years.
• Partner with Practice Leadership, Sponsors, OMMs, BD, PM, and other departments to set priorities and metrics.
• Maintain accountability and engagement of stakeholders throughout the process.
• Coordinate feedback loops to ensure execution of integration strategies.
• Travel to Mintz offices regularly to support integration initiatives in person.
• Develop comprehensive integration plans with timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive execution of priorities with lateral partners and monitor progress.
• Oversee meetings to foster relationship-building and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide onboarding support and regular progress check-ins with partners.
