Job summary

A&O Shearman seeks a U.S. Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and integration of lateral U.S. partners. You will partner with firm leadership and HR to drive strategic growth and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with practice leaders, external search firms, and internal teams, while improving processes, governance, and data reporting to support the firm’s talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive attorney recruiting experience.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lateral partner recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with firm leadership, HR, and external search firms.
• Develop recruitment communications and candidate engagement strategies.
• Monitor integration progress and report on governance and metrics.
