You will partner with firm leadership and practice groups to identify talent needs, shape recruitment strategies, and ensure successful integration of partners into the firm.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and collaboration with external search firms to build a premier partner pipeline and drive long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive legal recruiting, executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or professional services experience.
• Significant experience leading partner-level recruitment initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex recruiting in a national or global law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of the U.S. lateral partner recruitment and integration strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership and practice groups to assess talent needs, market trends, and expansion opportunities.
• Provide oversight on governance, reporting, and vendor relationships related to talent acquisition and integration.
• Lead a high-performing recruitment and integration team and advance organizational learning.
