The supervisor will coach staff, perform audits, and coordinate payment-option discussions including modifications and refinances, with a target salary of $52,000-$65,000 plus monthly bonus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college courses in management/leadership preferred.
• Five-plus (5+) years of related experience, preferably in a collections/call center environment.
• Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and industry-specific software packages.

Aufgaben

• Supervise a staff of Late Stage Collections Specialists and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee daily collections workflow, communicate goals, and adjust staffing as needed.
• Assist specialists with escalation calls and issue resolution.
• Review and revise daily productivity reports and monthly audits.
• Evaluate loan files for payment options including modifications and refinances.
• Conduct side-by-side training and monitor quality control outcomes.
