Job summary

Amazon in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Last Mile team to own delivery performance products and mechanisms used by Service Partner (DSP) partners. You will obsess over accountability, data accuracy, and scalable signals that drive on-time, accurate, and cost-effective shipments.

The role involves shaping roadmaps, aligning with engineering and product teams, and ground-truthing metrics from data sources to field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Understand the complexity of our metrics, work with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Map signals to ground-truth of the behaviors that drivers engage in while on route.
• Develop and deliver high quality, scalable performance products that improve safety, quality and speed of shipments.
• Influence roadmaps, ground-truth metrics, and accountability signals across teams.
• Travel up to 10% with US.
