Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of writing SQL queries and creating BI reports using Tableau/Power BI.
• Experience defining requirements and using data to draw business insights.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Excel and SQL.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance of solution artifacts driving efficiency via analysis, metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with operations to implement KPI dashboards, automated reporting and process improvements.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to enable decision making with clear, actionable formats.
• Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to senior management.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
• Design and maintain automated systems and reports to support business needs.
