Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Business Analyst for AMZL OTR Planning in Nashville to identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions for the last mile network. You will mine and model data, enable data-driven decisions, and build scalable dashboards.

Responsibilities include KPI development, stakeholder consultations, and delivering requirements to senior leadership, with a focus on driving efficiency and operating improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical experience.
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
• Experience with Excel.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance of artifacts driving efficiency via analysis, metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with operations/business teams to develop and implement KPIs and automated reporting solutions.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources and present in actionable format.
• Deliver business requirements reviews to senior management regarding progress.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
• Design and maintain automated systems and dashboards to support business needs.
