Job summary

WholesomeCo Cannabis is seeking a Dispatch and Routing Manager - Last Mile in Bountiful, Utah. This role leads daily dispatch, route optimization, and capacity planning, while coordinating driver teams and real-time delivery operations to ensure on-time performance and excellent patient experience.

The position requires strong leadership, logistics expertise, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or equivalent operations experience.
• Last-mile delivery experience preferred.
• Dispatch management experience preferred, including efficient driver routes.
• High-volume, real-time operations leadership; able to adapt as conditions change.
• Proven ability to develop team members who can prioritize and solve problems independently.
• Strong tech skills with Microsoft and Google suites; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Route and capacity planning to optimize daily routes.
• Lead real-time delivery operations and dispatch execution.
• Provide real-time driver and patient support.
• Build and optimize team schedules.
• Manage escalations and incidents.
• Develop dispatch team through training.
• Improve processes with data-driven analysis.
• Communicate operational updates to leadership.
• Track delivery performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance and records management.
