Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering or technical experience.
• Strong problem-solving methods such as Six-Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams or projects and develop advanced technical skills.
• Embed quality in engineering work and support corrective actions.
• Develop documents like protocols, reports, and work instructions.
• Travel occasionally as needed.
