Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
• Able to follow manufacturing process plans and suggest improvements.
• Capable of self-directed work and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Experience reading optical/laser procedures and schematics is preferred.
• Willing to work additional hours evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform most laser assembly, alignment, integration, and test operations independently.
• Troubleshoot assembly and performance issues during production builds.
• Execute optical, electrical, and mechanical rework activities.
• Support yield improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Mentor and train lower-level technicians as needed.
• Identify defects and elevate issues; follow safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Maintain documentation and follow work instructions for quality.
